Our Mission: The Capital Region Chapter of the American Payroll Association is dedicated to providing information, education, support and networking opportunities to professionals involved in all aspects of payroll through our meetings, newsletters, and website.
The Chapter strives to be a respected, essential and effective partner in the business community and to provide support to the national American Payroll Association. “The Authority in Payroll Education Since 1982.”
Our Goals: To promote and enhance the quality of the payroll profession by the exchange of payroll knowledge at the local level and to support the achievement of professional certifications (CPP and FPC). We will provide opportunities for our members to expand their knowledge, skills, and confidence in order to realize their future career potential.
Our Vision: The Capital Region Chapter of the American Payroll Association will be the local resource for payroll information promoting the profession through networking, education, and our interactive web site. We will assist organizations in understanding the essential roles, responsibilities, and knowledge required of payroll professionals.
Our Chapter membership will include all sizes and types of organizations. We will extend our chapters reach throughout the NYS Capital Region and beyond.
